I got the Azumi pad from http://chestrest.com/
Here an action shot http://www.flickr.com/photos/darkfader/209062790/ (partly hidden by my modded mouse because it didn't work so well on darker colors)
Anyway, these kind mousepads (I assume this one is too) are a bit too reflective to have a high image contrast. But that's just my humble opinion.

Oh, http://www.bustymousepads.com/ has 2 new designs.
There's also eva and some more but I don't know where they sell those
They need to use some more unique names so they can be found easier.
That "Rio de Carnival" is too expensive and sold out by now.
