PCI-SE200, the new Onkyo HD sound card

Onkyo offers in Japan absolutely FANTASTIC PCI sound cards for PC! Only 2 models are currently available on the market, including the 90 and 150. With the HD format quickly becoming a de facto standard, Onkyo had to provide a proper sound card. The PCI-SE200 has both the VIA Envy24HT and Wolfon WM8740 chipsets, and the Onkyo VLSC (Vector Linear Shaping Circuitry). The card outputs 115dB (vs. 110dB on the 150).

This card sounds awesome, must have!
Where can I buy one of these ?..
p.s. no mention of support for windows vista in the article. I would think thats pretty damn important right now, wouldn't you ???
Same on other PC/component related articles.

Well, Japan's a little behind in computer technology, so I'd guess that they can't/don't run Vista yet.
