Msn 0100 is the code name of the golden gundam from gundam zeta/double zeta.

Quattro Vageena/Bageena was the name of the pilot this gundam, having changed his name from Char in previous series.

you should see Char's name in one of the Gundam games for PSX (forget which one).
they wrote his name as : "Quattro Vagina"

You could do better with a rattle can and some vinyl letters, which is basically what this is. Awful, even for a Gundam fan
