AQUOS DB-HDW40 : Four New Sharp Aquos DVRs, Blu-ray and TB Craziness

Sharp has announced four new Aquos DVRs (Digital Video Recorder), all Blu-ray. Available with different HDDs, 320GB, 500GB, and 1TB, we'll focus our news today on the high-end model. The DB-HDW40 features 1TB of HDD, a Blu-ray dual layer recorder, a dual digital TV tuner plus an additional analog TV tuner, a 7x AVC recorder mode at 3.4Mbps for more space to store movies.

On top of that, the BD-HDw40 supports 1080/60p, DB-Live and features a tuned circuit board for enhanced audio quality and to minimize vibration and parasite noises.
