Chinavision CVFH-N03-4G : Chinavision CVFH-N03-4G… Just a Dingoo A320. So What?

Hello!
Is the Chinavision CVFH-N03-4G and Dingoo the same thing? I mean does the CVFH-N03-4G have the same hardware and firmware as Dingoo so future Dingoo firmware updates and new software will work on CVFH-N03-4G?
I've ordered CVFH-N03-4G from Chinavasion a couple of days ago(still waiting fo it..) and then started to search the net about it and found it's called Dingoo most of the time.
However after a week I am getting it and will answer my own questions but I still need to know what to expect. Thank you in advance!

how much does the dingoo 320 cost in akihabara?? i've thinking of buying and since a student of mine is going to akihaba this month, i just wanted to know if there is a significant difference in price compared to buying it here which costs 5500php (11000 yen??). thanks a lot
