LG W2243T : LG W2243T Your Entry Level Full HD 21.5” LCD Monitor

To be released in Japan April 30, the LG W2243T is a nice little full HD with LED Backlight 21.5”, which will “only” costs 16,500 Yen (€129). At this price don't expect much like an HDMI port, but you at least get both DVI (HDCP) and D-Sub, a 1000:1 contrast ratio (30000:1 dynamic ratio), a brightness of 300cd/m2 and a view angle of 160/170 degrees.

This may be a nice little screen for office usage.
