DoCoMo Summer 2009: HTC-03A (Magic) Android Phone, Hands-on

Finally we will have in Japan an Android (Cupcake 1.5) based device, the HTC-03A aka "Magic," the same one Eric Lin from HTC introduced us to last time (Eric Lin Interview and HTC Magic presentation ).

Not much to say here since we already know everything there is to know it. In case and if you forget, the phone is powered by an Android OS (Google), supports both GSM and 3G, has a 3.2” LCD, a 3.2Mpix Camera Module, GPS, WiFi…

Hope more Android powered phones will come to Japan and Microsoft will release Windows mobile 7 quicker than what they announced…

Dammit, there is no single screenshot/video/explanation on the web on how decent Japanese Input method (and emoji!) is on Android or how it works at all.

Man, this android phone looks a lot cleaner and sleek than the piece of crap android we have thru t-mobile here in the US. I would totally get this one if they made it more readily available.
