GZ-HM400 : Everio GZ-HM400: New Full HD Camera from Victor JVC

Victor-JVC introduced today their latest Full HD camera, the Everio GZ-HM400, which should be available soon (beginning of August), for 110 000 Yens (820€).

Our new device, really similar to the JVC Everio X GZ-X900 we reviewed, comes with 10.3Mpix CMOS sensor, 2.8-inch LCD monitor, 32GB Built-in memory, a SDHC Card Slot (up to 32GB), a Konica Minolta HD Lens with a 10x Optical zoom, HDMI output, 600fps mode as well as K2 technology for a better sound, iTune and YouTube function. The manufacturer announced that its camera can record up to 2hours and 56 minutes in Full HD resolution @ 24Mbps (UXP mode).
