If this supported 4GB sd cards then it might be reasonable; given you can now buy 8GB sdhc cards, put them in a USB card reader and boot the computer off usb, this product is already obsolete!

Answer to the previous comment : The older Laptop Motherboards DO NOT have boot from USB support,AND usually they CANNOT work with the new, larger 2,5" Hdisks.
So in these cases,it still remains the only replacement !!! >>> Not obsolete at all !

I do believe that would come under the fact that those computers you are talking about would be obsolete. And though they may be obsolete, some of us still use them for DOS purposes. A lot of 2-way radios need to be programmed in pure DOS.

Have you been tested this SSD assembley, How about every slot instead of 4pcs 2gb SD put in 4gb or 8gb. It is good or not?
