Yamaha Introduces Four Nice Mini Audio Systems

Today, Yamaha introduced several mini audio systems with built-in iPod docking stations.

MCS-1330
The MCS-1330 features an amplifier, CD player, and speakers. The amp provides an RMS power output of 2 x 60W (6Ω) with a THD of 0.5%, a frequency response of 10Hz-40,000Hz (0±3.0dB), a signal-noise ratio of 100dB. It also features an iPod dock and analog RCA (CD, AUX) / phono inputs. The CD player provides a SN ratio of 105dB, a frequency response of 2Hz-20,000Hz, and comes with an USB port and analog RCA output. It reproduces CD-R/RW and CD-DA, MP3, and WMA audio files. Speakers are 2 way (2.5cm tweeter, 13cm woofer), reproduces a bandwidth of 50Hz-100,000 (-30dB), 6Ω impedance, a sound pressure level of 85dB/2.83V, and a cross over frequency of 3kHz. 800€.

MCR-330 / MCR-230
Both provide an RMS power output of 20W x2 and a frequency response 20Hz-20,000Hz (0±1dB). You'll also find an iPod dock and USB port. The MCS-1330 reproduces CD-R/RW / MP3 / WMA. Both come with a 2.5cm tweeter and 10cm woofer. The difference between two models is the speaker finish. 250€ and 230€.

CRX-430
Our CRX-430 features an amplifier and CD player. The amp provides an RMS power output of 25Wx2 (6Ω) with a THD of 0.1%, a frequency response of 20Hz-20,000Hz (0±0.5dB), a signal noise ratio of 98dB, and nearly the same specifications as the MCS-1330. 220€.
