Can the full HD video be played straightaway in Quicktime? There were some problems with it before.

first: thx for great preview! I am still waiting for this cam being released here in Europe.
I gotta question:
I mean it's interesting to see the different lenses but wouldn't it be more interesting to see how the IS is working. All your shots are filmed using a tripod!
The wide-lense-sequenze does look a little bit filmish. interesting.
best,

hi, i downloaded the mp4 sample video and played it with quicktime7. i can only hear audio but video is blank. I searched google and can't seem to find how to fix it.
also, i'm interested to know if the Image stabilization was improved from the previous models.

Hi, I have recently purchased a Xacti HD2000 dual camera based on the above review.
The camera has a serious bug, that is the camera LCD can be turned on by pushing on the "Zoom In" and "Zoom Out" rocker, when the LCD is turned on this way, there is NO WAY the camera can be turned it off again other than to take the battery out and re-insert it. While the LCD is turned on this way, the camera is not functional, which means only the LCD is on but not the rest of the camera, and the red LED is constantly blinking 3 times per second. The clock will permanently stay on the screen, and the time does not advance, again only way to reset this is to take out the battery as the camera is basically "frozen", pressing on any buttons at this stage has no effect, including the power button.
Can someone please confirm this problem exists on all HD2000?
I would really like to draw Sanyo's attention to this problem, where can I start?
Regards,
Ket
