Seattle : Lost in Seattle...

Lost in Seattle...

Here I am in Seattle in my very cozy hotel with a pretty nice 37" Full HD LCD from Sony. As you can see my palet is already adapting to the best of the local cuisine...

Nothing special today. The Mobius event will kick off tomorrow afternoon giving me plenty of time to do some shopping. I finally have the chance to buy clothes that fit a small, bald, fat guy like my self.... I hate Japanese for one thing, they are ALL so skinny... When it comes to buying clothes in Japan you don't have much of a choice, either Skinny or Sumo. In between, which leaves a LOT of free room... Nothing.

I landed this morning at 7:30 AM, and since then I've been walking around Seattle enjoying what I've been seeing, so far... A nice quiet city, not too crowded, with large streets and few cars.

Yep, plenty of time... I even went to see Iron Man which is a good movie, but not as good as I expected... Stay tuned tomorrow and we'll have some live photos and video from the Microsoft Campus...

For the time being enjoy our photo gallery!

Cheers

Being that I currently live outside Seattle, pretty jazzed to see the city through your perspective. Fortunately you flew in while it's nice, because it's been really cold as of late.

If I might recommend some sites in the city? First, the Seattle public library; probably one of the most interesting structures in all of Seattle, perhaps even more so than the Space Needle. Second, Pike's Place Market down by the water -- you can check out the first Starbucks if it isn't too crowded. Lastly, the Space Needle, or better yet the area under it. There's alot to see in the city, most of which you can hike around to, such as the Seattle Art Museum.

Hope you enjoy your time in the Pacific Northwest, Daimaou.

Looks pretty nice, though the city itself seems kinda dirty. And, the weather looks kinda dull too.

At least you got a nice tv on the room and the burger looks pretty delicous. ^^,

JDM_2NR >Thanks JDM_2NR ! I will check this out, I may have some Free time Friday morning if you want to grab a coffee with me (send me a mail - contact section)

TIMOTEI > No Seattle is pretty clean, the "dirty" street is something that you can see in any city in the US, but does not means that the city by itself is dirty (do not focus on this shot )

FZ2GQ >> I am not a "Burger Pro, but this Burger was pretty good to me.
