That's totally fascinating. It's good to see solid state memory used in a way that takes advantage of the smaller physical size like this instead of bulking out memory chips so they're the size of a regular drive. This puts three drives into the space of one and lets you get very compact raid.
That said, to be very petty I couldn't clearly read all the labels on your photos because of the narrow depth of field. If you wouldn't mind using a slightly higher f/ number for future this will make tracking down components by serial number easier.

I Would rather buy a single or dual CF to SATA adapter ($35-$80 from Addonics respectively) and spend the saved money on bigger, faster (266x would work for Linux distros) and just use the drive planning on it failing (like with any flash option).
