There's also JVC and its D-ILA (Direct-Drive Image Light Amplifier), a video projector, AV Hub and Digital Video processor combo that pumps out a native 1920x1080 with 2 million pixels. The projector gives 600 lumens and a 2500:1 contrast ratio.
