Japan is slowly realising that crime is not that strange phenomenon that exists only on TV but a real threat... even this morning I saw on TV that another little girl has been kidnapped... Partially the Japanese parents' fault, they really need to get off that cloud and start realizing that a 5-6 year old girl is not supposed to walk to school all by herself.
