If the screen's 3.7 inches diagonally with a 3:4 (320x240) aspect ratio. Then wouldn't its width be 2.96 inches, or about 75mm. If that's the case, then how is it that the device can be 62mm wide?

I suppose this was probably a typo, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. The screen size is probably 2.7", which would make the width of the screen about 55 mm and well within the boundaries of the device.
