: Tepco and Tokyo Uni work on a new type of windmill

Tepco or Tokyo Electric Power and Tokyo-University, one of the biggest Japanese universities (the one that churns out all the future Japanese corrupted people... eerrmmm, Japanese politicians) are collaborating on the construction of a new windmill for use in the ocean. As everybody knows, I'm very sensitive when it comes to these matters, and I'm crossing my fingers that this project will result in some real-life benefits in order to reduce as much as possible the use of polluting energy, like the cow's farts.
