The Japanese phone operator AU presents a new service in Japan called "AU Listen Mobile Service" or "LISMO". this is basically a MOD (Music On Demand) service and the phones can be connected to the PC to transfer the music onto the phone through an iTunes-like software called AU Music Port. You can even download music from the phone itself via CDMA-EVDO and excahnge playlists with other similar phones. And AU offers 7 different models straightaway...
The W41T has 4GB of memory, a 3.23MP camera, a 2.4" QVGA screen, Bluetooth, GPS, stereo speakers, Hello Messenger (an AIM clone) and a FM radio. The device weighs 157g and measures 50x105x28mm.
The W41H (Hitachi) does not have a 4GB HDD but it does have a TV tuner (DMB like), a 2.7" screen with 3 viewing modes (Standard, Cinema or Vivid Color), a battery life of 3h45 in play mode, a FM tuner and it also has GPS, Hello Messenger and the e-wallet function.
The W41CA (Casio) has a 2.6" screen, a USB connection, e-wallet functions and a document viewer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). It also has a 2MP camera and a FM radio. GPS is present too, as well as an Opera web browser.
The SE (SonyEricsson) W41S has GPS, FM, electronic wallet and a 1.2MP camera.
The W41K has a 3.17MP camera, FM tuner and GPS.
The Sanyo W41SA is the smallest of the lot (49x99x21mm for 108g) and it offers a 1.3MP camera, FM tuner, Hello Messenger and GPS.
And finally there is the Neon with its 1.3MP cam, GPs and FM tuner. It also has LEDs on the outside.
