: DVD and DV camcorder from Canon

Canon is going to release its DC40 in Japan, a camcorder that uses 8cm DVD-R/RW to record on. It also has an SD slot, a high-precision 4MP CCD sensor that uses a "RGB primary color filter". It also pack a 10x optical zoom in the 87x126x60mm and 530g package.




Then we also have the FV M300, a MiniDV camcorder with a 1.3MP sensor, a 20x optical zoom and SD card slot squeezed into a 78x131x72 and 500g casing.
