Here's the Pepito, a small SB key with 512MB or 1Gb of memory that measures 9.4x17.6x36.3mm and weighs 8g. It offers a transfer rate of 30MB/s (200x) and is available in 4 colours.
The Toughdrive is as fast (30MB/s), available in 512MB, 1GB and 2GB versions and has a plastic casing that is shock resistant.
