My Nokia N70 is almost as slow as this phone when it's switching between some applications. I don't think we can expect much more speed from hardware this small, not until a few years from now. I agree, though, that they should have taken advantage of having an hidden keyboard to put a bigger screen on the phone. Maybe it was done because of considerations of battery duration? or maybe the phone would be even slower?

Or maybe they just took a normal modern phone and just added a keyboard under it, in the same case but acting like an external plugin, so they kept the same hardware/software as a normal phone (like nokia did with 5510, which was a 3330 on a different case with a bigger keyboard, with the same screen as the 3300, just tilted 90 degrees).

Anyway, why does Daimaou always say "whatever"? lol, is the software always that bad?

Well the OS was slow on this device simply because it was running a powerpoint demo (suppose to, but I stopped the proccess)

And well I really like the device, the OS, but lord I hate the Network (Willcom) this phone is PURELY USELESS ! don't even work properly outside of cities and not overseas... I really wonder why MS and Sharp go forward with Willcom.
