16GB U3 USB Key from Toshiba

Toshiba will soon propose in Japan a new U3 based USB Key with 16GB of memory (Other model will be available like 512, 1GB, 2GB and 4GB). Since we are talking about a U3 USB Key you will also be able to install some basic application which will run automatically once you plug your USB key on a computer.
