I wonder in which format it records in. Please find it out and try to obtain samples of the recordings thanks!

Since it is a hard disk drive based camera, maybe you could copy a recorded sample using one of your external little usb hard disk drives or something.

We had to fight HARD to get the product out from the glass Box... so getting a sample of the video may be even harder
