Digital Cube : Customers are giving Digital Cube a hard time

Digital Cube, a well known company providing PMPs with GPS and DMB features, is currently experiencing some difficulties according to its customers in Korea. Digital Cube may be boasting about its strong sales figures but the reality is less appealing. A large number of customers in Korea owning Digital Cube products, in particular the T7, are complaining about the poor quality of the products and its failures. Enraged by Digital Cube not addressing their problems, some of these customers took upon themselves to take their PMPs apart and figure out what was wrong. One customer even discovered that the products are not compliant with the MIC regulations (the equivalent of the FCC and the CE) in Korea. So if digital Cube didn’t communicate about that issue, it seems their customer service is now working much better…
