Sony TZ Laptop : Confirmed! Sony's TZ Laptop Is Coming to the States

So you've read about it on the pages of Akihabara News and you know that it's already available from the Asian importer Dynamism.com, but did you know that the Sony TZ is finally coming to the good ol' US and A?

At the top of 30 Rockefeller Plaza (known as the Top of the Rock), Sony displayed a "new line of richly designed, high-performance ultraportable notebooks." One of those beauties was the VAIO TZ featuring an 11.1-inch LED backlit display, Web cam, carbon-fiber casing, and a Core 2 Duo CPU. Even better, the whole package is a cool 1-inch thick (or is it thin?). If that's not enough for you, the lappy also sports integrated WWAN (via Sprint).

Coming in black, premium carbon, champagne gold or hand-painted Bordeaux, the basic model starts at $2,299, and the high-end model goes for $3,000.
