does this one play dvd-audio discs too ?? ive currently got 4 of those discs but no proper audio system to play them on.

I know there are dvd *video* players from Pioneer that plays both these formats.

there is indeed an improvement of sacd compared to cd, but only if you have the right rig...

SA-CD is the real flesh of the musical experience in your home. If you are serious about music, then SA-CD is the way to go. It rivals vinyl in its warmth, but even outdoes vinyl in terms of depth, clarity and detail. Why not hear the format for yourself? There are almost 5,000 titles available and more coming every day. SA-CD is not dead. Its market is global! We in North America are really behind when it comes to hi-fi music listening. I couldn\'t imagine not having an SA-CD player now. I still have a nice CD player, but it doesn\'t match the reproduction of SA-CD. Multichannel is very involving. You owe it to yourself to hear it and then decide!
