Seems a neat product. BUT why is it about 17mm to large, i.e. on both sides of keyboard there's about 8mm unused space and the same along side the (too small compared to outside dimensions) screen? Toshiba, close, but no sigar. A pitty cause I'm desperatly looking for a business tool like this.

i hear ya about the screen. generally this is quite ugly and badly designed, but i like the chipset and features. almost EXACTLY the same as the "phantom HTC omni".
see here:

it's time for me toupgrade my HTC Universal and have been looking over the past year for the best device.
i think i'll be getting something based on the Qualcomm "snapdragon" chip or TI's OMAP3430 chip.
i was thinking of getting IMATE's 9502, but i don't like the screen size. my universal has a 3.8" screen and the imate has 2.5"
after living with a beautiful VGA 3.8" screen i'm notting having anything less.
that's why i fell in love with the reference design of the snapdragon device at CES 2008.
all screen, 800*480, proper keyboard.

I think the main screen could be a little bit wider..
