Seoul, Korea, January 24, 2008 - Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a leading mobile phone and telecommunication equipment provider, today announced the launch of SGH-L310 and SGH-L320 for fashion conscious users.
Creating a new segment to introduce a gender concept for mobile phone market with a launch of SGH-A400 in 2001, Samsung has continuously shown a successful female phone line up including SGH-E420 and SGH-E570. As a market creator, Samsung suggests more sophisticated mobile lifestyle once again.

To solidify its female phone market leadership and satisfy mobile phone users’ unmet needs, Samsung introduces different design concepts for the newest models, SGH-L310 and SGH-L320. While Samsung L310 attracts the users with its glamorous look, Samsung L320 presents elegant design with polished finish.
Samsung L310 comes with black and gold color in cosmetic product-like design that easily makes the transition from mobile device to gorgeous fashion accessory. When the mobile phone is opened, ‘S’ shaped metal hinge in gold color brings luxurious and refined look. To enhance its glamorous look, the camera on the cover is decorated by glittering cubic. Moreover, distinctive patterns and hidden message icon for incoming call and MMS are sure to charm female consumers.
Samsung L320 offers rounded clamshell design with vivid two tone color matches. The design itself is smoothly curved to bring ‘easy to grip’ feeling to its consumers. Compared to its simple and elegant form factor, the bold two tone colors and polished material enhance its presence as a fashion mobile phone for stylish users. As a successor of a global hit model SGH-E570, the L320 will attract fashion conscious consumers with color variation.

Not only its distinctive looks, but Samsung’s consumer focused application provides unique mobile experiences. Samsung offers shopping list feature which enables users to add and edit shopping items with image, price and quantity. Calories consumption calculates the total calories from daily work, office work, meeting and other activities. The Samsung L310 will be available in Russia and Hungary from February and will be expanded into other European countries. The price will be around 240 Euro without subsidy. The Samsung L320 will be available in Russia and CIS market from February at around 220 Euro without subsidy.
