Can you find something like this at Best Buy or Fry's? These multimedia units seem like a foreign concept in the US...or perhaps I haven't been to a computer/electronics store lately?

I'm tired of DVD-R recorders (DVD rewritables just don't last very long), and the lack of selection on HDD based recorders. This would be great to have in the US.
