UMPC GIGABYTE : Two New UMPCs from Gigabyte at the CeBit !

Gigabyte just sent us a pair of photos of their latest UMPC are being shown at the CeBIT.

The very first model is slate style, the M700 powered by a C7-M VIA CPU at 1.2Ghz, has 2GB of RAM, 40GB or 60GB of HDD (1.8GHz) and a 7” touchscreen LCD with a resolution of 1024x600. Our M700 will run Windows Vista Home Premium.

The second UMPC, the M528, is a Linux based device powered by a Centrino Atom CPU at 800MHz, 512MB of RAM, a 4GB SSD, a 4.8” LCD touchscreen (800x480), HSDPA, 3Mpix, GPS, Bluetooth and a keyboard.

Pretty nice devices that I am looking forward to seeing available on the market… Well done guys !
