If this is the Japanese version of the new HVX200A, then it converts to 60P, it doesn't record it: "While the camera does not record 1080/60p..." -

This camera does scan at 60P but NOT records to this framerate.

Please get your facts straight. the Wide Angle lens is 28mm.
