VGF-HS1 : Two New Sony NAS: The VGF-HS1 Series

Later this month, Sony Japan will release two new NAS featuring an All in One memory card reader with direct copy to an internal 1TB or 1.5TB HDD that can be connected directly to your TV.

Our standard VGF-HS1 supports different picture formats as well as MP3, WAV, ATTRAC, ATTRAC Advanced Lossless, AAC, WMA files and AVCHD, MPEG2, and HDV (MEPG2-TS) video files.

Our DLNA compatible VGF-HS1 also features a USB port (for maybe a USB thumb drive?) and special slideshow software for photo viewing on your PC.

Expect to pay something like 740€ for the 1.5TB version.
