Sony VPL-EW5 : New Video Projectors from Sony

Sony will release its latest projector, the VPL-EX / 5, VLP-EX50, the VPL-EX5, the VPL-ES5 from June 7.

Our VPL-EX / 5 is a WXGA projector (1280x800) 2000 Lumens, which displays images in 16/9ème with a contrast ratio of 700: 1. It is therefore based on BrightEra technology that anhances the brightness and is equipped with an HDMI input.

Regarding the VPL-EX5, it offers a XGA resolution (1024x768 ), a 2000 Lumens brightness and contrast ratio of 900: 1

On the VPL-EX50 is roughly the same as the previous one, but with a brightness increased to 2500 lumens and a contrast ratio of 900: 1

Finally, the VPL-ES5, with a resolution SVGA (800x600), 2000 Lumens, and a contrast ratio of 300: 1.
