I would beg to differ on your comment "the first truly beautiful netbook ever!"

I think the Asus S101 and the HP Mini Viviene Tam Edition (not sure which one officially comes out first) via for title of the first truly beautiful netbook.

That said, Vaio P is tempting treat. I hope the high-end version (1.6 Atom and 64mb SSD) in Thailand will come with 3G and GPS.

My next notebook purchase definitely got a whole lot tougher.

Engagdet has installed Windows 7 Beta on it and given a basic run down. They mention it runs a lot quicker then Vista.

it is a really nice unit! yes indeed it should run faster when installed with Windows 7 Beta...Vista's a hog!
