SV-100B : SV-100B, Brother Japan's Latest e-Book Reader

Not really an e-Book reader per se, Brother calls the SV-100B a “Document Viewer”, pretty far from a Kindle 2.

The SV-100B has a nice 9.7” LCD with a 1200x825 resolution, (150dpi), can display up to 5000 pages, 83hrs of battery life, no internal memory but rather uses microSD (it comes with a 2GB microSB for storing up to 10,000 pages). It can be connected to a PC via Bluetooth for forwarding a PC or PDA screen to the document viewer (see below).



Now the major drawback on this solution is that you will need to install SV-Manger (a software) on your PC in order to prepare any document in order to be viewed or access on your SV-100B. Anyway this product is not meant to be a kindle killer but as professional business tool.
