I don't really get the USB2.0 part. Is it a combination of a USB2.0 graphics card with a DVI output and a DVI-HDMI adapter? So, basically the package consists of two devices?

My best guess would be that its one of those miniscule USB display adapters people often buy for laptops to have an extra display hooked up, which outputs to DVI. Then on top of that there's a DVI-to-HDMI adaptor.
