The most interesting booth of all at Wireless Japan was without a doubt Willcom Japan's with several concepts we hope to see one day like:

Image Tube from Kyocera, an always connected PDA giving you all necessary information regarding your surroundings and document sharing and basic email support.

Energy Bulb from Sanyo. The Energy Bulb with a power autonomous (solar powered) wireless LAN access point that doesn't require electricity to for power and can even use or recharge Sanyo's fantastic Eneloop rechargeable battery.

The WA III from Toshiba is a real time voice translator shaped like a scarf that display in both languages being spoken/written (voice and text).

JRC Design Study 02, the king of mobile broadband that can be plugged to a helmet to feed your bike or other wireless devices data and provides an Internet connection.

The WA I from Toshiba. Your friendly ECO bag turns into a real life saver.. Just drop your goods in the bag and thanks to RFID tags you can learn exactly how much everything will cost.

The WA II from Toshiba. Another very interesting concept for bike renting. Mounted on the top of your bike guidon, the WA II allows you rent the a bike through the Felica contact-less payment system (just put a Felica card on top of the guidon to pay)… It also features a simple GPS with simple guidance system to guide you to around a certain areas.

The VLS or Vital Link System from SII are different wireless items made for the healthcare system, where a patient will be reminded whether when to take her/his medicines and to send basic health info to a healthcare pension.

Amaterasu & Tsukuyomi SII social networking systems. A bracelet publishes online your basic mood to your surroundings and even alerts you if a friend is near and what his/her mood is. On top of that there's a simple display giving you additional information.

The Air Tray from NEC that helps shop attendants to quickly accept payment (contact less payment or regular card payment) in a swift and elegant way.
