Canon's PowerShot SX20 IS and SX120 IS Digital Cameras

A while back we tested the PowerShot SX1 ( Canon's PowerShot SX1: Quick Review) and just a couple of months after the SX1's launch, yesterday Canon USA announced the SX 20 IS, yet another bridge this time with a 12.1Mpix Ssensor and only the capability to record video in 720/30p… If the SX20 IS is too much for you, there's yet another camera, the PowerShot SX120 IS, the SX20 IS little brother without the bridge design… The SX120 IS features the same specs but without HD video recording and with only a 10Mpix censor.

With Canon PowerShot SX20IS i feel like i can handle just about anything except shots that call for narrow depth of field. Traditional photographers may not want to hear that video is becoming a required skill but that will not make it go away. The SX20IS is a cost effective way to get your feet wet, find your way around and get your feet wet. I like Canon PowerShot SX20IS.
