IDB-1394, Hi-Speed in your car

Cars are rapidly becoming information hubs in no time and offer multimedia solutions that do not pale in comparison with a good old desktop computer. In order to supple the various control screen, the GPS system and other TV's with a maximum of information in the blink of an eye, everything needs to be able to exchange data without bottlenecks. Fujitsu developed a chip that is conform to the IDB-1394 norm (400Mbps and MPEG2-TS support) and that will be used in cars to allows you to have as good as an experience in there as at home.
