17 and 19" PC screen-LCD TV

This is one for those of you that are glued to their screens... an LCD TV/PC screen combo of 17 or 19" with PIP, a TV tuner, a 1280x1024 resolution, a D4 port, a 700:1 ratio (550 for the 19"), 300cd/m2 of brightness and a price of 500 EUR (for the 19").

Is the Japanese version mutlistandard (i/e Pal/NTSC) ? Samsung discontinued their MP730 model just before I ordered it. And I bought a cheap @ss TV throught rakuten (40000y,20'LCD) that is PAL/NTSC but only at 800x600, picture is crappy and the TV sound is mono...

Well difficult to say since there is nothing written about it on their spec sheet, now I will assume that the TV Tuner is NTSC-J, but for vids... I really don't know.
