TELEBIT will offer TV on SD

ELSA Japan offer a 1Seg digital TV tuner on SD (SDIO) for PC (XP/Vista). Elsa is also working on a version for Windows Mobile for this summer. This little TV tuner measures 55x33.5x8mm and weights only 5g.
