LT-42WX70 : JVC Introduces a Tunerless TV for Photographs

I'm not sure what to make of this... a 42” Full HD Tunerless TV, the LT-42WX70. A TV dedicated to photo enthusiasts to view their pictures? It can ALSO be purchased with an external TV tuner (TU-CX100 ) or simply with a integrated tuner (Model LT-42WX70).

A small difference of price between the tunerless and regular versions could motivate someone a TV like this, but does JVC think they'll be a big demand? It's a bit far from the C in CES (Consumer).
