Toshiba élargit sa gamme de Satellite X205 aux gamers



Toshiba annonce la sortie, aux USA, de 2 nouveaux portables Satellite X205 qui utilisent le dernier processeur Intel 45 nm (T8300 & T9300), ainsi qu’une carte graphique Nvidia SLi avec la Dual GeForce 8600M GT, et d’une mémoire dédiée de 512Mo de GDDR3 VRAM.
Nos deux notebook proposent des écrans LCD de 17” avec soit une résolution WXGA+, soit WSXGA+, ainsi que 3Go de RAM, un HDD entre 320Go et 400Go. Ces Satellite sont aussi équipés d'une carte Wifi AGN, du Bluetooth..

L' intérêt du SLI dans un Notebook je n' en trouve pas l' utilité,surtout qu' il doit faire un bruit monstre. Pas besoin de SLI sauf si on est un gros malade des détails dans de hautes résolution ...

Je suis pas trop d'accord, pour jouer avec une 8600GT en full hd faut s'accrocher. Avec un sli c'est déja plus raisonnable.

Après on a jamais la performance sans les nuisances sonores ou de chaleur, c'est un choix en effet et dans un portable la contrainte est encore plus grande.

Faut ptêt patienter qu'il passent le 9600GT en version mobile par contre, les performances font clairement un bond en avant par rapport au 8600 mais le concept de machine me semble bon dans l'absolu et sans point faible.

Et puis y'a les gens qui bossent aussi avec leur pc et qui travaillent sur des applis extrèmement gourmandes en ressources graphiques .... donc le SLI pourquoi pas

Par contre niveau autonomie, j'ai peur ...
Ils auraient pas plutôt intérêt à mettre des cartes mères et cartes graphiques compatibles hybrid powr (chipset nvidia N790 et cartes geforce 9xxx...) ?
