OCZ devoile son SSD SATA II 2.5'' le plus abordable du marché

OCZ Technology a dévoilé sa nouvelle série de Solid State Drives SATA II de 2.5 pouces, le premier disque haute-performance vraiment abordable (niveau du prix) pour les consommateurs. Il est annoncé pour notre nouveau SSD une vitesse de lecture de 120-143 Mo/s et une vitesse d'écriture de 80-93Mo/s, et offre pas loin 1.5 millions d'heures d'utilisation avant que le disque vous lâche.
Disponible en version 32 Go, 64 Go et 128Go, avec un prix de 100 € à 300 €.

OCZ has gained momentum in this pioneering technology, which uses NAND flash instead of rotating platters as the storage medium, and is a high-performance, highly reliable and energy-efficient alternative to conventional hard disc drives.

The OCZ Core Series delivers the performance and reliability of the latest SSDs at a 50% less price per gigabyte than other high speed offerings currently on the market. si ces caracteristiques sont les bonnes, et à 100€ les 32Go, alors j'achète de suite...

Pour de la SSD "une vitesse de lecture de 120-143 Mo/s et une vitesse d'écriture de 80-93Mo/s" c'est normal, c'est ça l'avantage des SSD.
Par contre, 171 années d'utilisation... la flash va lacher bien avant, le nombre de cycle de lecture écriture est bien plus bas que ça.
