今日の午後行われたサンヨーとタカラトミーの共同記者会見で発表されたi-SOBOT（プログラミング機能、リモート操作）。単４形ニッケル水素充電池３本で稼動するこのロボット、身長165mmの全身に17個のサーボモーターを搭載している。特に凄いのは最大10種類の言葉を認識できるボイスコントロール機能。日本国内発売は約３万円 (177€)で10月、アメリカでの発売はボディカラー黒限定で2008年の予定だ。
