It's now possible thanks to the almighty Nintendo DS! Now, I can"t guarantee you'll get the same audio quality but well...if you can't afford a real Korg then this "game" is the way to go: the KORG DS-10 Synthetizer!

The PSP has a program called Traxxpad that does mixing also. There are some crazy Youtube videos of people using that "game".
